The K of C Tootsie Roll Campaign, A Program for the Handicapped

Each year since 1979, the Maine State Council Knights of Columbus, have sponsored a fund raising drive to assist handicapped citizens in Maine. This program is known as the “Program for People with Disabilities” or The Tootsie Roll Drive.
