 Governor Paul R. LePage and Insurance Superintendent Eric Cioppa urged Maine residents to recognize that severe summer weather poses a threat to life and property, and they called recent strong storms a reminder that steps can be taken to save lives, minimize property losses and speed recovery.

Foraging for Wild Plants at the CCLC

On Friday, August 22, from 2:00-5:00pm, the Cobscook Community Learning Center will offer a wild plant foraging workshop with well known Maine plant author Tom Seymour. The workshop incorporates a digital presentation featuring wild edible plants lasting approximately one hour followed by a question-and-answer session.
