Calais- Belle Small Clark, 87, passed away peacefully December 9, 2014, at a Machias hospital after a period of declining health.  She was born May 29, 1927 in Pembroke, Maine.  She was the daughter of the late Carle and Phyllis (Brown) Small.  Belle graduate from Pembroke High School.
