By Amy Jeanroy

The Artic excursion spanned several days and presented two equally important opportunities for learning more about what's happening in the rapidly changing Arctic region on both the climate and security fronts – and how those developments impact us here in Maine and across America.

Walking up the driveway, arm in arm, the three kids pictured are singing away. Their song is TOMORROW from the musical Annie.  The hopes and dreams of a fantastic future dance in their heads. (Painting by Tom Brennan).

Here I am writing from the dining room of my home; not the hospital, my home! I was never so glad to see my own bed as I was last Thursday. I was very fortunate to have an air mattress while at CRH but it’s not the same as your own bed. I am so happy to be home.
