Baileyville Police Report

The Baileyville Police officers were called this week for a civil assist, an accident, sexual assault, agency assist, unattended death and a commercial alarm.

On November 29, on-duty officer was called to Second Avenue for a civil assist.

On November 29, on-duty officer was called to the parking lot on Route 1 for an accident. Roxanne Cirrincirone, 56, of Lubec, operating a 2004 Ford SUV backed into a 2012 Dodge sedan operated by Nancy Carlow, 33, of Baileyville. Minimal damage was reported to both vehicles.

On November 29, on-duty officer was called to a residence in Baileyville where a resident reported that she had been sexually assaulted. Since the incident happened in Cathance Township, the investigation was turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

On November 30, on-duty officer assisted Calais Police Department by issuing a criminal trespass warning to a resident of Broadway.

On December 2, on-duty officer was called to Houlton Road for an unattended death.

Also on December 2, a commercial alarm rang in from Houlton Road. No one was in the building and nothing was missing.

Chief Donahue is asking all drivers to use caution as our temperatures hover around the freezing mark. While the roads may just look wet, they could be covered with black ice.
