Children's Story Hour at Lincoln Memorial Library

Since it will henceforth be possible to meet with the children on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, the next day for the Children's Story Hour at the Lincoln Memorial Library in Dennysville will be Wednesday, February 25th, again following school until 3:30 p.m.  Following the two sessions of considering different versions of The Three Bears, the group will be moving on to different adaptations of The Three Pigs story.  As usual, the tale will be acted out a couple of times to try experiencing the story from the "inside."  If a child has a library book at home, he/she should bring it to the library, so another book may be checked out in its place.  A book drop is available beside the library's front door, if necessary.  The children need to bring back a signed permission slip, in order to have the bus drop them at the library after school.  A snack will be provided and some outdoor play, too, weather permitting.  Parents and siblings are welcome and may check out books, too.
