PBSO to Perform in Calais on Sunday, June 21

The Passamaquoddy Bay Symphony Orchestra (PBSO) is coming to Calais on Sunday, June 21 at 3 p.m.. This concert is sponsored by Calais Downtown Revitalization Coalition (CDRC) in conjunction with the First Congregational Church.

Trond Saeverud, Music Director and Conductor for the PBSO, will be the featured violin soloist, playing Antonio Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons”. Also, on the program is Franz Schubert’s romantic Symphony No. 8 in B Minor (an unfinished symphony), as well as Harald Saeverud’s “Peer Gynt Suite No. 1”.


This spring concert series is part of a three community schedule which also includes Machias and Eastport. PBSO is a constituent member of the Eastport Arts Center. Suggested donation is $15. Students are free. No one will be turned away.
