Judy Lynn DeMolet left this earth much too soon on August 8, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.

Judy was born in Fairfax, Virginia on September 23, 1962. God was smiling that day as one of his angels fell to the earth.

She was loved by all, especially her husband Jerry, of 35 years. Their love story is beyond beautiful. It began with two young kids falling in love and building a beautiful family. She was Jerry's best friend, wife and his all.

She is sadly missed every minute of every day. But we know God has his angel back and we will see her again someday.

Judy was kind, wonderful, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Judy loved camping, fishing and painting. She had a nurturing way with plants and a passion for rescuing animals in need.

Judy loved her family so very much; her grandchildren were her biggest joy. She loved her cats, especially Elvis, but also loved Jake, Danny Boy, and Lucy Lou.

Judy is survived by her husband, Jerome P. DeMolet of Calais, five children and two daughters in law, Kristina (Tee Tee) Schaffer of Georgia, Jeremy (Gerby) and Katy DeMolet of Portland, Bradley (Bratley) DeMolet of Portland, Michael (Dewey) and Megan DeMolet of Calais, Amanda (Angel) DeMolet of Portland, and a special nephew John Braughton of Calais. Judy is also survived by her six beautiful grandchildren, Brandon, Bradley, Charlotte, Aubrey, Mya and Maxwell. (She loved you all so very much.) One brother, Jeff Waldon, in-laws, John DeMolet, Brian DeMolet, Tina and Ron Sullivan, and Tim and Lisa DeMolet. Mother-in-law, Susan Sturgill. Nephews, Aaron, Timmy, Riley, Nick, Eric and Josh. Nieces, Blake, Brandy, Jenna and Gracie. Judy was predeceased by her parents, John and Merill Waldon.

Now she must fly to the angels. I will see you on the other side, my love.
