The Alexander School Library was a hub of activity this week.  Grades 4 thru 8 had have the opportunity twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to go to the library to check out books, do research and for a study hall.  Those students who are caught up on their work can chose to read, or do one of the activities available.

The 2nd and 3rd Graders were in the library this week, picking out books and finished their “Kissing Hand”.  Art Project.

Kindergarten and 1st Grade also were in the library finishing their “Kissing Hand” Art Project.  Over the last few weeks three of the “Kissing Hand” books were read:  the original “Kissing Hand”, “A Pocket Full of Kisses” and “A Kiss Goodbye”, written by Audrey Penn.  All three books were a hit!

The Pre-K class came to the library and heard the story “The Fall Leaf Project” and then did a fingerprint fall tree picture.
