Trooper Staci Carpenter responded to Columbia Falls for theft. The caller reported 4 lobster traps had been stolen from the business. Investigation continues.

Trooper Blaine Silk responded to a 10-59 in Whiting and as a result of his investigation arrested Bret Reid (35) of East Machias, for possession of heroin, Suboxone and Xanax and also charged him with Criminal Mischief for denting his cruiser during his arrest.

Trooper Owen Reed investigated a theft of a lap top in Stonington, investigation continues.

Trooper David Barnard handled a report of a theft of a laptop in Franklin. Investigation continues.

Sergeant Scott Bryant investigated a burglary in Whiting. Reported missing are a camo knapsack and approximately 30 or more boxes of .357 and .38 Sellier and Bellot brand ammo from a residence. Investigation continues.

Trooper Jacob Ferland stopped a motor vehicle operated by Harold Pottle (41) of Ellsworth for speed in Sullivan. As a result of the stop and subsequent investigation, Pottle was arrested. Pottle was charged with Illegal possession of schedule Z drugs class E, Illegal possession of schedule w drugs class D, Illegal possession of marijuana (Civil), and trafficking in prison contraband class C.

Trooper Lander responded to a vandalism complaint Milbridge. Investigation continues.

Trooper Travis Chapman stopped a vehicle on Main Street in Jonesport for having no inspection sticker. Investigation revealed that Randy Urquhart (38) of Jonesport was operating and had a Habitual offender status revoked license. Trooper Chapman arrested Randy for Operating while having a habitual offender revoked license. Troopers Jeffrey Taylor and Joshua Lander assisted

Trooper Travis Chapman stopped a vehicle on the Indian River Road in Addison for speeding. Trooper Chapman approached the vehicle and immediately smelled the odor of Marijuana. The operator Shane Hornyak (18) of Addison admitted to having Marijuana. Trooper Chapman searched the truck and seized two baggies of Marijuana, two Marijuana pipes and a Marijuana grinder. Trooper Chapman charged Shane with possession of a useable amount of Marijuana.

Trooper Blaine Silk responded to a citizen traffic complaint on RT 191 in Marion and arrested Lucas Visselli, (37) of Cooper, for OUI Drugs.
