The top seeded Woodland Dragons extended their season mark to 8-0 starting with an important 69-43 victory over the hosting Machias Bulldogs. The guests powered to a 40-13 advantage after just 16-minutes, as the defense was outstanding in the opening half of action. Woodland put 8 in the scoring column paced by a big night from Justin Worden as he earned a big double-double with 25-points and 16 rebounds. Drew hit 12 and earned 5 assists, Chris Plissey scored 11, Miller added 8, and Sabre Phelps made 5 and pulled in 8 rebounds. On Machias Hanscom hit 11 with 9 each by Mersereau and Grant.



At home the Dragons had another strong start as Drew Hayward hit 12 1ST half points helping the hosts to a 29-18 lead over the Narraguagus Knight guests. Chris Plissey nailed 12 points in the second half with Woodland powering his squad to a 30 point win. Over the game the Dragons shot a strong 84% from the free stripe at 16/19. In the scoring column Drew Hayward hit 13 (5 steals), Chris Plissey added 12, Sabre Phelps 10, Gavin Gardner hit 9, and 6 each from Justin Worden (12 rebounds) and Alex Morrison.
