Scionwood Exchange & Bench Grafting - March 18 at the CCLC: Grafting is the uniting of two different tree or shrub varieties to create a more desirable fruit.  Please bring scion wood from your favorite trees to share. Dress appropriately. For more info click here: http://go.cclc.me/scion-info

 

Tai Chi for Health: Tai chi, an ancient Chinese practice, incorporates slow, gentle and controlled movement to improve relaxation, flexibility, balance, concentration, and muscle strength. Tai Chi is the perfect antidote to our fast-paced modern culture, and a wonderful way to start or keep moving in the winter. Samantha Williams will guide participants in a weekly class suitable for those new to Tai Chi as well as those who have practiced before. Chairs are available for those who prefer to practice seated. Mindful Flow Yoga: A gentle Hatha and Vinyasa class to lengthen and strengthen the body, with motion guided by the breath.  Plenty of options for additional rest, or challenge, depending on what your body needs in the moment.  Open to all levels. $8-12  Suggested donation.
